Morning Sun Books Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges on Unopened Books

We accept exchanges of unopened books that were ordered by mistake. If the book is returned still in its original shrinkwrap, we will exchange it for an equally priced book of your choosing. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Books

If a book has a printing defect or was damaged in transit, please return it to us with a note outlining the issue, your contact information, and your shipping address. In this case, the book will be replaced with a different copy of the same title, if available.

Return Shipping Address

If an exchange of an unopened book is needed, or if you are returning a defective or damaged item, please send the book to:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, Morning Sun Books reserves the right to charge up to a 100% restocking fee.

Return Timeframes & Digital Products

  • Physical Products: Any shipped products need to be returned within 60 days from the purchase date.
  • Digital Products: Digital products can be returned only if the customer was unable to access the product due to technical difficulties and contacts customer support (at sales@morningsunbooks.com) about the issue within 30 days.
